You really need to do your homework before hiring this company !!! I hired them based on an Angie's list recommendation and oh my what a horrible experience .. My garage was stuck open and the tech wanted 1500.00 to replace door .. My neighbor goggled their company and found terrible things written by the garage door contractor assoc about Precision door and an undercover video that further incriminates this company .. I really don't know how they remain in business ? I called Wayne Dalton and was charged 75.00 for a broken spring .. That was 3 yrs ago and everything is still working properly .. Do not let this company rip you off .. The same manager that was interviewed in the undercover bust, is still in charge .. How very sad to have dishonest businesses thrive ; ( . I highly suggest, Do not hire this company .. Do not allow them to step foot on your property !
