I've been doing hot yoga for a few years now and when I moved to Madison was happy to discover that this studio was nearby. It's HUGE. I've never been in a yoga studio so big before though I wish there were more mirrors; in the main studio there are only mirrors on the back wall and I like to be able to check my form when I yoga - here it is impossible. I also find that the room isn't hot enough. I assumed that all hot yoga studios heat to the same level but just checked my old studio in Minneapolis and see that they set the heat to 105 whereas at Dragonfly it is set at 95. I need a few more BTUs. I really liked that at the end of class the instructor gave us time to do whatever poses we wanted to do. I get hooked on certain poses and if I end class without being able to do it I am disappointed so this alleviated that. I bought a 10-class pack and will happily use all 10, but then I'm going to check out The Studio just down the street.
