Do yourself a favor: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! We are in our second day here and already we had the following problems: no parking spaces, LONG line to check in, no bar soap or lotion in the room (this is billed as a 4 star hotel, BTW), small pool in the shade (and all the good lounges cost extra anyway), and worst of all failure to uphold the package we paid for and got an acceptance email on. When we went to the front desk, the woman was very unhelpful. We asked to speak to a manager and she just blew us off for about 10 minutes before finally offering us 2 free High Roller ride tickets. Big deal! We were so upset we didn't even take her up on it. There are so many better places on the Strip.
