Let me be clear, my review is less about the actual facility and more about the piss poor business practice employed here.
We received a flyer in the mail stating a special offer at $7 monthly, we decided that we should get a membership each on drove over here to get that started, we approached the front desk and stated our intent and was invited to a desk behind.
So the guy starts by saying that this offer has limited availability and that you are only allowed to workout certain days, however he has another offer at $0 enrollment and $9 monthly month to month that would give us the ability to workout everyday, we looked at each other and said lets do that.
Then he starts with that there is no enrollment fee however there is a $29 fee to lock in the rate, i got somewhat annoyed and again we were like ok lets roll with it, THEN he goes there is also a $19 maintenance fee that will be charged, at this point i give up, this is a damn joke and it doest really matter what the actual gym is about if you can't just get a simple transaction without all these idiotic fees, we got up and left and won't ever be back.
As i said piss poor business practice pure and simple, do not go here there is plenty of gyms in Henderson.
