We went to Del Frisco's for a friend's graduation and it did not disappoint. My fellow Yelpers are spot on in the good reviews. The drinks were hearty pours and hit the spot. I had an Old Fashioned and my buddy had a Manhattan. They were spot on. We ordered several appetizers to include the crab cakes and carpaccio. The crab cake is pretty much 4oz of lump crab drizzled with a cajun sauce. It's delicious. Same goes for the carpaccio. I ordered the bone-in ribeye. My waitress convinced me to have it done on the more medium side, as opposed to the med rare that I typically do. She said it would give the fat in the steak an opportunity to liquify a little more. It showed up and was frankly not what I wanted. It was just too done. However, before I could even get to into it the staff whisked the steak away and said that it would be done to my 100% satisfaction. I apologized for being that guy. They were awesome about it. They kept saying that perfection is their goal. Our waitress even told the chef it was her fault. They go out of their way to make you feel satisfied. I would highly recommend go to Del Frisco's. Although they are in the $$$$ category you get your money's worth.
