Technician came to my house as a home warranty for electric issues with my pool pump. After about 45 mins of looking around I was informed he was "unable to fix it today" he told me someone would contact me tomorrow about getting home warranty to cover the extra work or at least give me a quote on the work. He told me they would have to dig up my backyard and run new electric under a concrete slab...long story short they never ever got back to me even after 2 phone calls and full voicemail box. Took me 3 hours on a Saturday am to run romex through my attic, dig a 10' trench and wire everything up. Thanks supercharged for saving me hundreds of dollars.
