First time. I usually go to another urgent care office, but they were closed. The office was clean and the personnel were friendly. There was an unaccompanied minor in the lobby running around. They took me to the back right after I finished paperwork, but then I had to wait there for about 30 minutes. Once I saw the doctor he was thorough and professional. Since it was late and the pharmacies in the area were closed I appreciated being able to get the prescription there, even if it was more expensive. Reading about other's billing nightmares, I was a little worried that I was going to get a large bill, but they only charged me for my copay.
