I called Loblaws customer service to ask if they have different hours for the passport photo service, and the lady on the phone(very inattentive) said I can come anytime during the store hours.
I went there yesterday with photo ready hair and makeup, and guess what? They said they cannot provide the service because no one is available?!? According to the person at the customer service who was there yesterday, only managers can do that and all three managers are not around. I asked how long do I need to wait, and she asked me to come back maybe tomorrow.
Very annoyed with the fact that I've been told that I can come ANYTIME during the store hours and then this happened. Thanks for wasting my time.
