This is my favorite Barnes and Noble in Arizona. They have a decent selection of vegan and vegetarian books and the cafe features live music. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It is located in Kierland Commons Shopping Center so be ready to search a little for parking on busy days. The bookstore has two levels with escalators to the top and a typical Barnes and Noble layout.
