I usually mess with passion, but learned my lesson for the last time shaun lumped me up like he owed my nails an a$$ whoopin of a life time. Then painted them with a bottle of white nail polish drier than the lv dessert! I am so fed up. N left my gems drippin glue. Then Julie had the stank face popping bc she didn't want to fix it. N had the nerve to tell me even i call to let them know i have long nails bc they take time. I'm dead. .I always look to passion n love their new shop but I'm done tricking money on people who obviosly gettin enough to no longer deliver quality service atleast w a smile. Looking forward to Shauna at ruby to fix this mess! 1 star for decor -3 for shawn f n me up and -1 for julie giving me Attitude! Customer always right remember that!
