This is literally the worst place ever to deal with. The apartment itself isn't half bad, but the staff and management are the worst kind of con artists that will lie to your face and shield themselves with incompetence as an excuse. They say things like "I'm not sure who you talked to but our policy now is..." and this is when you talk to the same person twice. If you are looking into this place, get everything they say in writing or they will use the part of the lease that says "they can change anything they want in the lease without any notice" against you. This includes jacking up your rent, holding you liable for a sub-let's rent, and deciding right in front of you that they won't let you break a lease even after they said you can. This is the kind of place that if you talk to the three different people in the office, you will get three different sets of policies and three different stories. Like I said get everything in writing and don't trust these people.
