Worst customer service ever. I just called because my card was charged. I got a membership a few months ago and was in a bad car accident. I went in and canceled my membership a week later. They just charged my card. Calle and the manager lady was more rude to me than anyone has ever been. She would do nothing to refund my money. When I told her I was going to call corporate she said oh well nothing they can do. I will never recommend this gym and they really need a lesson on customer service just because their employees didn't do their job. Now I get to file a dispute with my bank.
