Gavin was great in a trying situation that kept changing over several weeks - we had feral cat (and eventual kittens) in an overhang roof line - and he coordinated with Critter Getters and solved the issue. Constant contact and updates was very professional with AZ's Best - will never use anyone else - counted on them for this matter - killing bugs should be no problem for them after that.
