I thought I found a great tux rental shop. Used them for homecoming and was very reasonable so we went back for prom rental this year. My son got a small tear in the jacket sleeve (walked by a sign and got caught) and when we returned it today they charged us $184. At first they wanted $319. The jacket was not even good quality and probably cost $50 and they charged us over triple that. I will NEVER recommend this tux shop to again again (I had been telling all my friends) and will NEVER rent from them again. Very easy to work with after a problem. The store manager called me daily to keep me informed what was going on. After production inspected the jacket they determined the sleeve could just be replaced and the were only going to charge me $45 and refund they rest.
