Lived there for about 1.5 years and had a good experience. The location is great and I was able to walk to grocery stores, a few restaurants and some parks, all nearby. Right off the highway. Small pool which is very nice in the first months of summer but by the end it get's pretty filthy.
The area is quiet and we never had any issues with the any neighbors. Some were particularly friendly whom we regularly talked with.
There weren't as many students as we expected. Mostly just small families. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for about $625 and they raised rent once by $20. Very reasonable. They do allow pets.
The staff are excellent and never give any attitude. It was quite a hassle to negotiate leaving terms though. We requested a 3 to 4 month lease after our 1 year and received much attitude. In the end they granted it but I feel that after a years stay at an apartment, the staff should grant some leniency.
They gave most of our deposit back. We had the carpets professionally cleaned but they still felt we didn't clean enough so they took our $100.
In the end, we would recommend this place.
