I've been here a few times now for my children and every visit has been very pleasant. I've been to other urgent care facilities around the valley and CareNow on Ann Road is by far the best!--not your typical urgent care facility. The facility is very clean, modern and all the staff are very professional and courteous, they don't treat you like a number. Dr. Cao is so friendly, professional and genuinely cares! Kimberly is also very friendly, professional and she made my daughter so comfortable during our latest visit. I would definitely recommend CareNow Urgent Care on Ann Road. I love the professionalism and compassion by all who work here.
