We ordered 2 Iced Chai lattes. One with Vanilla. One with Rose flavor. Too watered down. Not much flavor. When my daughter went to add sugar, the gentlemen behind the counter offered to add Agave sweetener for her. The gal behind him said to him, "She didn't pay for that only put a little." And seemed irritated he offered. Made the drink so much better! Thanks to him, we give 2 stars. THATS customer service. Had they asked us to pay, we would have been glad to have paid. After all, we specifically walked up there just to try the place, past all of the venders on the street (car show) and past the 7-11. Not a good first impression to someone that lives close by and could have been a repeat customer.
