DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY ARE THIEVES! I was LITERALLY robbed from this cricket store. Patricia C. to be exact. This is the most unprofessional shady business I have ever dealt with in my life. My ex went to go trade in MY sprint phone at this store. I called to tell them the phone was mine and it was stolen. Patricia was the first one to answer and she said she can't tell me anything and she isn't liable for stolen phones. I called back 30 minutes later and talked to another girl, she said my ex was there exchanging MY phone for a new one and that they could take it as long as there wasn't a block on it saying its stolen. I told her, give me 15 minutes I'll call it in stolen. I did that and called back immediately. A guy answered and I told him the situatuon and he told me he would make sure they didn't take the phone. Long story short I drive to this cricket store and sure enough my ex is standing there with a new phone and as I walk up PATRICIA waves a receipt at me and says "this phone is property of cricket you are gonna need to leave before I call the police." WHATTTT?! You just took my phone knowing it was stolen and you're trying to call the police on me for walking into your store?! My ex told me they were telling him to hurry before I put the block on it, he also said that one of the girls wanted it for personal use. I cannot understand how any of this is legal. They bought the phone from him knowing it wasn't his and it was reported stolen. He went in the next day and said he wanted it back and PATRICIA told him I never told them the phone was reported stolen and there was nothing they could do about it. Then she had the nerve to pull out the phone and tell him to unlock it with his thumb print Hahahahah. She is a liar and a thief and I am still in awe over the way they handled this situation, SOOOO unprofessional.
