The new Waverly office has a long way to go before it is running smoothly! What a nightmare. For an early morning appt, we waited over an hour to see the doctor and over another hour for the results of our insurance verification, which we were told would take 20 minutes. The nurse answered our questions with the preface "I want to say...," leaving us questioning the accuracy of the information we received. Dr was knowledgeable just unavailable in a reasonable amount of wait time. One of the more established locations would be a better bet.
