My partner and I are regulars here and WE LOVE IT. The food is AMAZING and cheap as it gets for AYCE. That being said, if you are expecting ambiance and five star service, you're at the wrong place.
We have never really had an issue with service, in fact, because we are regulars, we have established a relationship with the regular server and the chefs; as such, when they are in we get special treatment (free drinks, special sushi not on the menu, etc.).
Bottom line, for the price, the quality of the food is top notch but you won't get much else unless they get to know you.
