I have been here probably 4 to 5 times. Service is good, but i could not recommend anyone because they have all left which is a bummer but understandable in the beauty industry. The only negative for me is that they use Matrix hair color and it burns my scalp immensely. It never used to be an issue but the last 2 times I have went in to get my hair color, my scalp was on fire and now it is peeling. This isn't their fault clearly, I must be allergic to it. But Matrix just isn't top of the line hair product. Nothing really stands out about regis. Customer service is good, hair usually looks good. If you are in the area then I recommend giving them a try. Just make sure you aren't allergic to the hair color they use :P
