I moved here when I got separated/divorced because it looked nice, fit into my budget, & because I could get a studio with a full-size washer and dryer in it. While I lived here, my car was broken into twice. When I first moved in, I convinced a friend to move here also. Her car was stolen from in front of her apartment in broad daylight. Kids yell and scream all day, & car alarms go off all night. The front doors have self-closing hinges, so people let their doors slam (hard enough to shake the walls) at all hours of the day and night. (At least in my building), there are roaches in the walls, & when neighbors are evicted or abandon their apartments & it finally gets cleaned up after the eviction process, the roaches will come to your apartment instead, & you won't EVER get rid of them. (I started keeping food and dishes only in the fridge & in sealed plastic totes.) The management are mostly liars, & good luck getting a call back if there's an issue. The only 2 good things about the place are 1) the maintenance guys are awesome!!! They handle stuff very quickly. And, 2) the free breakfast on weekdays is nice. The lady that runs it is very friendly.
