Where to start.... well after long lines at check in finally get to the room. Price the ice machine isn't working. Figured it was out of ice and making some more. Went down to casino for a bit came back up to room to shower have a drink and get ready for the night. Again ice machine won't work. Call guest services. There's nothing they can do but sent me to another floor. I go to the floor below and that one is empty. I call back and just ask for someone, anyone just bring me some ice. "Room service
Is closed from 2pm-6am sir (something like that). Every hotel I've ever been at can provide ice. Not this one there's nothing they can do. No one can just bring up some ice? Told them I was checking out then. They didn't care. Crazy you'd think a Cesar's entertainment business would be so much better. Don't go here. Not worth the hassle
