Had two separate jobs done by this business. The first job was not done as requested, but we let it go even though it defeated the intended purpose. On the second job the owner decided to completely change the material he decided to use and claimed it was an upgrade. We said that is not what we asked for and asked that it be redone with the requested film. The owner acted like he was being put out, even though he admitted to completely changing the material without authorization to do so. The vehicle was redone and the workman ship looks good. However, at the time of delivery he charged us an additional $150 above the agreed upon price and angrily insisted that was what he quoted from the beginning. We have witnesses to the original price agreement but he became angry, yelled and threatened to rip the film off my vehicle. We paid him the inflated price, although we did not agree to pay that much and would have never done the job for that price based on our first experience.
