Bottom Line: JUST GO TO SUN DEVIL!!!! No need to read my long detailed review... seriously JUST GO HERE! It's about time I take the time to write the good reviews about the wonderful experiences I have ALWAYS had with this Sun Devil over multiple visits at this location and also at my other favorite shop on Elliot Rd (David Hyland, Service Manager). I've had a lot of serious repair done here including brakes, broken fuel line, and wheel bearings at this Mesa Power Road & McKellips location, and replacing radiator and tires at the Elliot Road location... There's not enough room here to say all the good things. So, here's my best summary! They are honest; thorough; COMPETENT! Very kind in their interactions and the way they talk to me (& others I see there when I'm waiting on my car); fast; appear to be so organized in how they communicate with one another, on the phones & computers & with delivery folks; lots of smiles; communicative; I have talked with many of the front desk people and the service people as well, since I like to peek for a few minutes at the work they are doing just cuz I am interested & curious, and I was impressed with ALL the employees... Scott, Jay, Austin, Dustin, Jared, mechanics Alex & John, and another John Flambard? & others whose names I do not remember (I apologize; maybe next time). Just yesterday, there were 4 technicians helping with my Chrysler headlight that I bravely, but unsuccessfully, tried to replace on my own at home by watching online videos... HA! What a fiasco... don't try it, people! Sun Devil took me in right away when I drove in and they replaced the bulb & connector (& the parts I had removed) at NO CHARGE... One thing that's VERY important for us laypeople who don't know about cars is that Sun Devil (this location and Elliot Rd) only does the necessary work and they tell you when there are other things to be aware of for the future. You can trust these dudes! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain; finding a good auto repair provider is a daunting task and when you are as broke as I am, weighs heavily on one's mind & spirit... with Sun Devil, you can save yourself a lot of hassle... JUST GO HERE!
