STAY AWAY! READ ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS! ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I wish that I would have read all the terrible reviews before going! I filled out an application & paid $45. Plus, the holding fee of $100. I specifically asked them if I would get my $100 back if it wouldn't work out. They lied to me & told me that I would. They told me it would take 2 days. After 5 days, I called them & they told me that they needed some form from my old building. They asked me if I could call my old apartment building & get the form. Isn't that your job?!? That's not my job!!! Anyhow, two days later they insisted that I'm the one that should be calling my old apartment building. At this point, I was fed up, and I couldn't wait longer than a week to move in. I kindly asked them for my $100 holding fee back. They said no. When I said "This is wrong." This horrible & condescending man named Jeff told me "Unfortunately, it isn't." (A couple weeks ago, there was a different apartment building that it didn't work out with. And they gave me my $200 holding fee back because it didn't work out. That's what honest people do. They don't go around stealing peoples money!"s)
