Not what it's cracked up to be. Service was very slow the night we went with only 1 customer ahead of us. The issue for us & the customer ahead of is was that orders placed after ours received theirs first. That needs to be fixed. The customer ahead waited 30 minutes & never got his ice cream & he asked for his money back.
We had a large order and everything sounded amazing on the menu...we had a milkshake, a scoop of ice cream, honey toast, sesame rolled ice cream, açaí bowl, halo halo, & the cotton candy bear waffle cone.
Milkshake: the worst...it was literally melted ice cream in a cup. If I didn't know better I would've just thought they microwaved the ice cream
Ice cream: was good but shouldn't take 20 minutes to get
Honey toast: good but burnt
Sesame rolled ice cream: probably the best thing we had. It was cool watching them make it too.
Halo halo: no flavor but lots of stuff in it though.
Açaí bowl: pretty big (I didn't get to try it)
Cotton candy bear waffle cone: disappointed... unlike the pictures you see on yelp, we didn't have a bear face. It was raw in the center...gross. They did make it up by giving my daughter a macaroon (nice but that didn't cost $6-7 that I paid.
Great concept but poor delivery. Too many different items on the menu & they don't have many of the items mastered.
