My experience at this shop has been nothing but stressful. I am dumbfounded how I have been in this shop 5 times and have walked away with no plans firmed up for my wedding flowers. Trip 1. My fiancee and I go to the shop. They are swamped and we are asked to come back monday, ok no big deal. Trip 2. We go back monday (when they told us to) The lady was out sick, I got a text later from her with an apologizes. She said come back tomorrow and she will be ready for us. Trip 3. We come in, she informs us that her owner has "the book" with wedding flower so she can't show us much, but she would email us some ideas. ...........then nothing.......no email......for days Trip 4. My fiancé goes in to see why no email. Trip 5. I swing by after work. We discuss the arrangements. I'm thinking finally! We are getting somewhere. She tells me she is going to hammer out the details (get it drawn up) and email later that night. Then.......again......nothing.....no email.....no text........
