They told me my unit.was bad and needed replacing.in the middle of summer. The unit has never worked right due to faulty installation. I gave up on Autumn Air being able to fix it not to mention they overcharged me for the unit in the first place. This was on a rental house.
They offered me 'discounts' on another property, With the 'discount' they charged me $175 each for 3 contactors that took less than 30 minutes to install. I looked up the parts and they could be bought foe $35 each. That is a major ripoff and the last I used them. I wish I had used Yelp before falling for their sales pitch! Live and learn!
