I've been a loyal customer for I believe what is close to 12 years now. Never had a problem and staff always seemed very helpful and pleasant...that is until you return clothing articles that were ruined and unwearable. I believe the owner is who I dealt with, very defensive, rude and unapologetic. When I told him these blouses have been dry-cleaned before at his place without any problems, he took no responsibility that possibly there was an error on his part and instead blamed the material and went on and on how he didn't do anything wrong. Here's the issue...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatever the problem, the fact that he treated a loyal customer so rudely without even giving an effort to keep me as a customer, is really the reason why I will never return to his establishment. I guess I'm just another stupid customer to them.
