This place is cute. It's cozy and has a good atmosphere for hanging out with friends or studying in the early afternoon. The drinks are decent. I like their sesame milk tea, their almond milk tea, and their Hokkaido milk tea. But I'm not impressed with their tapioca. They usually have small and large pearls when you ask for tapioca which is different and kind of fun. But sometimes they taste bland and sometimes they're overcooked and mushy. It's been inconsistent every time I go. If you're a fan of tapioca, you're better off somewhere else.
