For a non-professional, rush job where you might end up with rude tech, call Coit. I'm glad it was 40% off, but it was still waaaaaay overpriced. The first guy who came out was pleasant, but was loathe to move any furniture, and was content to just clean around stuff and clear out. He did move furniture piece by piece, as I asked him. Nothing I wanted moved took two people, and I had moved everything off said pieces. There was a huge stain that was left, that he did not mention. When I pointed it out to him, he said it was in hard to reach place and there is no guarantee on coffee stains. This was fine, but he did not document stains, which Stainmaster needed to replace carpet. Tech 2 came out, and when asked to not park in fire lane, he refused to move truck. I showed him another place that reached. He was very rude when I asked him any question about the cleaning process, tho I told him I needed info for Stainmaster. He then for some reason, when he could not get out stains, marked my carpet as white!!!. My carpet is very beige. He also did not document all stains, even tho I told him, that was why he was there. He very huffily documented stains. I do want to mention that office staff is terrific and tried to be very helpful.
