Tim and I finally got around to visiting Galena! This place is a treasure trove for cooks like us. We tasted balsamics, oils, and spices for about an hour. It was a great bonding moment :) Everything is so delicious and meaningful in the store. The staff was very helpful and friendly, too. We really enjoyed cooking with the items we purchased and the free sample!
