Horrible service....left 3 msgs to call and once the receptionist said he was standing in front of her and he would call me back in 5 min. That was 3 wks ago still no call...luckily moved to Phx which State Farm here couldn't even get info from them...Just received a new bill from Mr Crockett for more money and changes on car insurance which wasn't authorized...called talked to rude receptionist she said he's on phone to call back. I said No, he needs to call me today...I've been trying for 3wks. No phone call!! Terrible service. Found out later didn't have enough coverage either...reel you in and then screw you!! Calling corporate offices Monday...
