Took my daughter for an eye exam and glasses 2 pairs $69 with exam, and didn't have any major issues. It did take 8 days for her 2 pairs of glasses to be ready for pick up, but we didn't need them right away, so the wait wasn't that big of a deal. Now if it were me and my glasses had broke, I wouldn't be able to wait the 8 days or however long. Everyone was pretty helpful and nice, store was larger then I expected and plenty of seating in the back. I did find out that shipments of glasses come in Friday and Monday at 3pm so if your waiting, maybe try calling either day after 3pm and check on your glasses?!
Overall no major complaints, pretty painless experience.
