Purchased a Groupon and they refused to honor it without charging a $75 "upgrade" fee because I wanted to do it at the end of the month- claiming that my landlord would not approve. Never had I mentioned a landlord, wanting to move out of my house, or anything that would prompt the man on the phone to make such claims. Stay away - horrible company, horrible customer service, dishonest.
