This was just so so for me. I would have expected it to be better since the look and feel of it is really nice. The girl at the counter that helped us seemed to hate her job though. She wasn't at all polite or interested, as if we were bother her.
I ordered soup and a sandwich to go. As soon as I left I realized there wasn't a spoon for the soup in the bag so I went back. When I asked for a spoon she told me I'd have to wait for her to get more from the box. She then spent the next 10 minutes messing around with making someone else food.
In the end the "box" she needed was right next to her. I waited until my soup was almost cold to get a spoon. Seriously ? This was by far the worst experience of my trip.
