The place sucks, the machines don't work right. More than half the Car Wash bays are closed. The one that was open and I used, the soap option didn't work, it wouldn't take tokens so I decided to use the card option. After washing my car I went to stop the machine. The directions clearly said, hold down 2 seconds to stop time. I held that shit two seconds, didn't work. Held it 5 seconds, didn't work. It only added more time to my wash and charged me even more. Went to go tell the idiot left in charge in the storage area next door and the guy said he did not give a fuck... if this is the type of customer service you look forward to, then go here. Other than that, I won't be coming here anymore.
Go up to Nellis and sahara and you'll see another self Car Wash if you need another option..
