We had dinner last evening (with friends) and were very disappointed with both the service and the food. The Robata section of the menu was not available, and they had no lettuce for their lettuce wraps. The edamame hummus plate was beyond disappointing, and the pad thai with chicken was very dry and tasteless. My dinner came out fairly quickly but all of the others in my party had to wait an extended period of time for their meals. We were given the excuse that all food is served family style and is brought to the table when it is ready. In my opinion, that just means they are not organized enough to present the food for each table in a timely manner. We wanted to eat together, but instead we had two separate meals. I hope they can turn things around, because it is a beautiful restaurant in a great location.
