Can't say enough good things about this group and their services! After a nasty ankle sprain and weeks in a walking boot, my doc referred me to physical therapy to get me back to moving, stable and strong. I was assigned to Mike (doctor of physical therapy) who was great! First visit was an in-depth assessment of my ankle, injury and history. Then we moved into the clinic area to begin my PT. Each visit started with the heat pack, and progressed through a series of exercises and movements. Some of these I'd do on my own after instruction, some were assisted by one of the pt assistants. Then on to physical massage of my injury, a few more intense exercises and ending with ice and electric stim. After each visit, my regimen was slightly altered/added to. After my sixth visit, I was jumping, balancing on a thick mat like a champ, and range of motion was nearly that of my healthy ankle. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the therapists here are great. I never had a problem with insurance or billing, and they have good clinic hours for appointments. Such a friendly place that really made the task of physical therapy fun and inviting. Hope I don't need any more PT in the near future, but at least I know a good place!
