Worst Urgent Care facility ever! Came in on a Tuesday, given amoxicillin for sinusitis and sore throat. Back in on Saturday with worse symptoms, additional symptoms, shortness of breath, and dizziness. No one can be seen because updates to their operating system rendered the one computer that can determine and accept copayments nonfunctional! There was no one there but me and I had to wait over an hour just to submit a copay of $10 to be seen by a mere Physician Assistant! If your own doctor is not available, the ER takes hours, this is the only recourse we have! How sad!
