I have always taken friends & out of town guest to the original Garcia's on 35th Ave. WELL NOT ANY MORE, The service was good, but when you order green chili sauce on your burro, and it comes out red, and it wasn't a mistake, that's your first clue. When we questioned it we were told that the way you tell the red from the green is you see green specks in the red sauce. HELLO! I was born and raised here and green chili sauce is not red. We were told the entire kitchen staff had been replaced recently. Compared to what we had at this location, we would have been better off going to Taco Bell. I spoke with the manager, and she didn't seem concerned.
