Three stars only because the first time I went it was a great experience. Today was not a great experience. I had to wait, which isn't a big deal since I didn't have an appointment, but there was an employee (I think) who eventually filled the pedicure tub and was otherwise wandering the salon without any shoes. It was unprofessional. The woman who did my pedicure did a fairly good job and I have no real complaints about that part. However, she also never spoke a word to me and instead chatted with the other employees sort of over and around the patrons. It felt very uncomfortable. The worst part was when she took a FaceTime call during my manicure. Again, she didn't say a word to me. I think people enjoy having their nails done because it feels relaxing and indulgent. I was denied both those things during this experience. The salon is definitely cute inside, but even that it starting to wear at the edges. It is a place where you shouldn't look too closely because you'll see through the façade. This place wants to be better than it is - and it was. For just a moment. And now it's not.
