The only reason for 2 stars is their iced mocha. The coffee shots inside the iced mocha made my day. Super slow & bad customer service. Don't ask them to go easy on the ice. 1st you'll get a pissed off look at their face, then you'll get 1/3 of your glass empty & finally you might not get enough whip cream. I guess, they get customer from all around the world & have to deal with language barrier and impatient kids & families, but if you can't handle pressure or can't deliver somewhat ok customer service, you should be looking for a new job.
Doughnuts were small in size & felt like bagel glazed with buttery sugar or something. It was hard, chewy & nowhere near the real KK doughnuts. If this is the impression KK wants to deliver to world wide customers, then it's really sad.
I'm not a huge fan of doughnuts, but I love good quality ones. I will never buy from this location again, specially for their bad customer service.
