Up to last year there was a great store manager there named Mike, but I was saddened to hear that he got laid off or something. This guy knew Pools and his customers. I always wondered what had happened to him. He was so helpful for many years. I went there for the service since I can get my chemicals cheaper somewhere else. Now that the new Pool season is approaching, I am wondering who Leslie's will put behind the counter this time. After Mike there was a very nice and informative Lady, but apparently she is gone now as well. Most of the time I was ok with her service, although the store is a bit pricey. I hope that the company will stop rotating people in and out of there. But I probably will come back as the location is just too conveniently close to my house.
