Of all of the AC companies we have had over the years, this one far exceeded our expectations. We had purchased the service plan from this company several years ago - our AC unit - old and old kept limping along every year and this company helped us do that. We did not have the funds to purchase a new one. Fast forward to this year - we decided to buy one from this company. New unit and our house would not get below 80-85. They came out three different times to try to fix it as we broiled in the middle of July. After engineers from the manufacturer came out and sis nothing the OWNER of this company who came to our house and did the work himself got us a brand new unit, changes the ductwork in our home - basically redid everything. He didn't need to do that but customer service meant something to him. Even though we had the issues we did I would happily recommend this company time and time again. They want to make it right. They have us as customers for life.
