This company has a number of key players and they may work under pureion wave Pureion technologies or Pureion management (LLC) but it is the same group of people namely Robert Richards and Robin J Wagner who goes by "RJ"
despite there being numerous people who have got the short end of the stick as far as this product there are very few negative reviews on yelp but I will say this my nightmare began in February when I purchased the product. I was assured that it would be working perfectly otherwise a full refund would be granted of course despite many requests. My nightmare began and ends with algae yes lots of algae I have had to shock my pool numerous times under the direction of this company and and I have had numerous issues with the rods that sit inside the acid burning up I've had the electrical fuse box burned up several times I have a problem with my pool pump sucking air because the valve leaks where it attaches to the hoses and the pump I have Leslie's pool come out and they told me that a check valve need to be installed to prevent the section of air the problem is I have to manually start my $3000 pool pump to get it to run because it loses its prime every time it shuts off because where this product attaches to the pump it allows the sucking of air. There is really no way to know whether or not this product is working for example I was told oh the algae is fine there's nothing wrong with algae. I was told that the water is fine so I took a sample to Leslie's pool and oh my what a different picture they painted. I was then told that the sample provided to Leslie's pool was not accurate !!!! I was told that I could not say the algae was a problem after all I did not have a science degree This company under "RJ" has extremely poor customer service might I add that months can go by without receiving a response from the representative and when I finally did speak to the primary company owner Robin J Wagner he was extremely rude and dismissive of me and refused to listen to my concerns and told me he fired Rob Richards yet when I talked to his front office the female who I assume is his wife Katherine Wagner told me that Rob Richards sells the other products sold by this company called the Septre 7. They are thick as thieves and if they get your money they will have succeeded. Lifetime warranty? For something that does not work and when you bring that to their attention they won't listen to your concerns? SCAM!
