However, your staff and GM have 0 knowledge of your product; your GM is a total doosh, the service is atrocious
Freakin Frog is a metaphor for Las Vegas. They do one thing well (selection of amazing beer and whiskey) however they neglect every other component of hospitality: service, warmth, knowledge of product, atmosphere (place looks like a dump), food (place stinks like bacon; no disrespect to bacon)
Treating people with warmth and respect, knowing and understanding the product your establishment sells (bartenders and GM considered a "Dark and Stormy" a cocktail) and one of them could not even name a Russian vodka??
You are better off drinking a PBR with the bums outside this place......
