I had a tune-up on my air conditioner in response to an offer by OneGuard to have a spring check-up. When the company arrived, they said that I needed a refrigerant. They then charged me both for two visits and the refrigerant, even though they replaced the refrigerant during the time of the tune-up. I then received a very rude call from Oneguard saying that I needed to pay both service fees, even though the tune-up was done in one visit. In total I paid over $200 to Collins Commercial Services and to OneGuard for simply replacing the refrigerant. Please note the comment below from Samantha does not refer to my complaint. This seems to be a standard letter that they put on yelp to make it sound as if your concerns have been addressed. Mine were not.
