I booked this hotel for Memorial Day weekend coming from the USA . To be fair the hotel is very well located, prices are reasonable, restaurant is good. Pool and gym are basic but decent but the problem started when I checked in.
Once I try to get to my room I realized that the room magnetic key didn't work. It took my four trips back and forth to front desk to be able to get inside my room. I had a large group of friends in the lobby waiting for me and they all witness a very angry front desk personnel that was very rude, impatient and actually SCREAMED at me, loudly enough that my friends wants to call management. I am a paying guest on this hotel (nothing free) and I just don't get what I did wrong (maybe booking here was the problem). 24 hours has past and I still don't have a key for my room. Front desk informed me that "they will take care of the problem once I check out" meanwhile I am stocked here with all my belongs in the room but unable to leave and come back. The easiest solution for this matter would be change me to a different room which was never offered. It has been a very frustrating situation. Hopefully they will train the staff and how to handle those types of situation. I have neve felt so not welcome as a guest in a hotel like this one. Shame and bad business.
